Requirements to be a leader are to love Jesus (have a personal relationship with Him) and love kids.
Our leaders are working adults/College students that care about our youth in our city. They intentionally walk into the world of our youth weather is at the football, tutoring class room, or the cafeteria all in hopes of building relationships with youth and earning the right to be heard.
Our leaders are committed to investing 5-8 hours a week, they are committed to one weekly club, and one monthly leadership meeting. Leaders are not only mentors and caring adults but they also provide support and resources to our students. Leaders do all this in hope of having the opportunity to share the greatest love story ever told. Regardless of kids response to Jesus, leaders love and walk with them in the mist of all the joy and even in the pain and suffering.
If you live in the West LA/West Adams area and would like to be a leader please email us. Volunteer Leaders is what allows us to continue to invest in the youth of our community.
